This tutu is so adorable. The colors are so bright and cheery!
It is made on a ribbon so it can adjust to just about any size! It comes with a matching headband made out of tulle and polka dot ribbon to give it a little something speacial. The headband is a turquoise crochet 2 3/4 in. and the bow comes on a clip so it can be removed.

Fits most newborn to toddler!
